Merel de Graaf is Pacelle’s Personal Assistant. Because of her diverse background in Management, IT, Recruitment and Hospitality she is able to assist Pacelle with all daily business and decisions. She also advises Pacelle and manages our partners and relations. 

As an Alumni from the Hotelschool The Hague she is trained to look at the long term and the broader picture in every situation. Merel serves our relations and clients with a high level of service. Anticipating, acting and reacting in a correct manner is second nature for her.
