About the Masterclass
In this Masterclass we will focus on you and on what makes you and your vision as persuasive as possible. First we will speed through the theory of the psychology of persuasion, look into how it works and get into the determining keys to influence. Then we will discuss the three Styles of persuasion©and how they work. Together with the group and in a special exercise you will discover your personal style of persuasion and how to be a persuasive leader.
Subjects and method
During these two days you will get the most important ideas and latest insights from influential psychology, neuropsychology, social psychology, theater and drama technique, voice technique, argumentation science, tactics of world leaders and persuasive people.
In the morning of the second day director Kelly Agathos will give a Masterclass Nonverbal Persuasion and you will have a conversation with Pacelle for her personal analysis and personal tips to get more influence and persuasive power.
During both days you will have ample opportunity to discuss or practice personal cases.

About the Method
Pacelle’s research into the psychology of persuasion and the logic of charisma resulted in the True Persuasion Method© for persuasion. We use this method to find out exactly how to enhance your style and switch from one style to another, depending on the situation.
We work in a small group of 4 (minimum) to 8 (maximum) people. This will allow you to practice things in a group and to test and check your ideas, while at the same time you will have room for personal questions and individual attention. We will do lots of short exercises in groups of two or three to quickly test something. Participants all are highly educated professionals, managers and leaders.

PART 3: INFLUENCE WITH YOUR VOICE
Lessons from Ed Sheeran, Barack Obama and Marilyn Monroe. The best voice techniques to be a compelling speaker. Lots of people think you simply have to deal with the voice you have been given. Fact is you can simply add changes: think of it as using a switch. Learn how to unconsciously demand respect or how to sound seductive with staggeringly simple techniques.
Day 2 – NO GUTS NO GLORY: CHARISMA IN EVERY SITUATION
PART 4: MASTERCLASS NONVERBAL PERSUASION & DEALING WITH CHALLENGING SITUATIONS
Kelly rules. This morning director Kelly Agathos is our guest. She’ll have us experience the power and possibilities of using body language and space. Being able to assess a situation and to stay relaxed, no matter what. Exercises depend on wishes and goals of the group. We will do improv or stand-up.
On top of the non-verbal masterclass everyone has a talk with Pacelle to link your personal goals to the best insights and tips of the Masterclass for you. She will give you a personal analysis of your strong points and suggestions after having seen you for a day.
PART 5: A PERSUASIVE MESSAGE & YOUR IRRESISTIBLE VOICE AND STYLE
Lessons from Tesla, Coca-Cola and The Economist. In this last part we will look into the best strategies to get people excited about your idea, vision or plan, and how to make it sound charismatic. Irresistible argumentation: How to pick and organise the best arguments? How to make them sound convincing? The 3 Structures for persuasion.
We will also address psychological influence and how to persuade ‘between the lines’. Finally, you will connect everything and do an exercise to show yourself most persuasive.
At the end of the second day you will choose the key takeaways to use all of your persuasive powers and charisma after the Masterclass in different situations.
Lots of participants ask for some form of aftercare, such as a (Skype) meeting afterwards for check-up or optimal use of what they want to implement.
